National Safety Month, Week 1: Emergency Preparedness

In June, organizations across the country will work to spread awareness and education about National Safety Month with the goal of reducing injuries and accidental deaths at the workplace, on the road or in homes and communities. During this month-long observance, a new safety topic will be concentrated on each week – the first of which, this year, is Emergency Preparedness.

Disasters, whether they be natural or man-made, can strike when they are least expected and the only way to ensure safety, or even survival, is to plan ahead and get prepared. This means having a premeditated response to emergencies at home, at work, on vacation and even on the road.

If you’re interested in helping to spread the word about emergency preparedness, we have a wide selection of educational promotions that can help! Here are just a few items from our emergency preparedness specialty store for your National Safety Month events.
